It’s been a while since we last featured anything on the Lexus LFA V10 and since it’s been a slow news day, we went foraging on YouTube for content on the Lexus LFA and couldn’t quite believe what we found.
As the thumbnail image points out, it’s a bonus segment from a review by ISSMI and while that may also interest you, we’d suggest jumping straight into the video below!
That’s because it’s 4-minutes of sheer aural pleasure, sung by the sweet naturally-aspirated V10 engine of the Lexus LFA. There’s nothing quite like the LFA and it’s unlikely that there’ll be anything else that sounds like that as well, in the future, in most part due to emission regulations.
We’re not going to dwell on that though; that’s not what this is all about. We’re not here to mope about losing these wonderful melodies from engines that are no longer feasible to manufacture. We’re here to celebrate a car from a different time and a wonderful sound.
The Lexus LFA may have been underappreciated when it was new but more than 10 years on, with resale values soaring beyond the heavens, we’re glad the car got the last laugh.
