The Government has just announced that areas in the Klang Valley including Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Selangor will move to Phase 2 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) effective 10th of September 2021.
It has also been decided that the three areas will be combined as one therefore there will be no roadblocks for movements between the three areas.
Also, states in Phase 1 of the NRP are now allowed to resume these activities:
- Indoor sports activities excluding the gym – must be fully vaccinated and by appointment only
- Nurseries and florists, outdoor equipment stores and new development galleries are now allowed to open
Barbers, saloons and beauty parlors are now allowed to open in Phase 2 states. More updates on SOPs to come.
