Ever since the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has been quickly digitalising every facet of its business to better serve its customers in this new normal. It started with Volkswagen’s eShowroom, which allowed customers to buy their cars directly online. More recently, VPCM has also launched a new Online Service Booking website where you can arrange and even watch your cars being serviced, all without leaving your home.
But perhaps you still have some reservations towards all these newfangled technologies, or you’re just a little unsure about how these systems work. No matter which camp you’re in, fret not – as Dominic would demonstrate, it’s so easy that you can even do it while in bed!
To book yourself a brand-new Volkswagen online, all you have to do is head over to VPCM’s website here. Browse through the models available in the eShowroom, and once you’ve picked the one you like, just fill in your details in the form, and a Volkswagen customer care and dealer sales agent will then contact you to sort out the financing details.
There are exclusive savings available only to online customers, and if you like, Volkswagen can even deliver your brand-new ride right to your doorstep!
As for the Online Service Booking feature, all you have to do is head on to the purpose-made website right here. Once you’ve selected your preferred dealership location, filled in the required details, and confirmed your booking, you can then just drop off your Volkswagen vehicle at the specified date and time, and head on home.
A video of the vehicle acceptance and walkthrough visual check will then be sent to you via SMS or email, along with recommended parts replacements that are outside your regular service maintenance schedule. The latter will only be carried out if it’s been approved by you, so you won’t experience any bill shocks.
Once the service is complete, a service invoice will be sent to your digitally, and you can even pay for it online – making for a truly contactless experience.
