After announcing its new test drive delivery service last month, Ford in Malaysia is now offering vehicle service appointments to be made in real-time through its official website.

Once on the site, customers will be required to select their vehicle model, select the state they are in and select their preferred service centre. The available date and time slots will then be shown, and customers can schedule a service appointment up to one (1) month in advance.

Customers will then have to fill in their name, contact details and vehicle registration number. Once completed, a confirmation email of the appointment will be sent.

The real-time e-Service appointment booking is currently available at seven (7) authorised Ford Service Centres in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak – namely Ford Ara Damansara, Ford Petaling Jaya 2, Ford Juru, Ford Butterworth, Ford Kuching, Ford Kota Kinabalu and Ford Tawau.

“In the months to come, we will be looking at fully establishing this real-time e-Service appointment booking throughout our network of over 40 dealerships nationwide”, said Sime Darby Auto Connexion, Managing Director, Syed Ahmad Muzri.

Last month, Ford also announced a Service Relief Promotion campaign with 20% discounts on selected OEM parts, timing belt and lubricants along with 10% off on labour charges. The campaign ends 30th of July.
