Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia is inviting its customers to bring their cars in for a FREE 5 Star Service Check at all service centres nationwide.
As part of the VW Cares initiative, the 5 Star Service Check is a comprehensive visual check on Volkswagen vehicles conducted by the service advisor in the presence of the customer. This is to review and highlight potential faults or wear and tear on the vehicle.
The body and paint condition, lighting, brakes, windscreens, windows, wheels and tyres are among the areas which will be inspected. Volkswagen says the 5 Star Service Check is transparent, fast and free of charge so as to allow customers to make informed decisions on their next move.
From now till 31st December 2020, Volkswagen owners who send their vehicles in for the 5 Star Service Check and opt for replacement parts can enjoy additional savings on the following:

Volkswagen owners are encouraged to book their next service appointment online in advance and experience the 5 Star Service Check either at the service centre or via digital format (videos sent to customer by service advisor) for those looking for added convenience.
