Nissan to extend vehicle warranty over MCO, roadside assistance active

Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) will extend Nissan vehicle warranties expiring during the Movement Control Order (MCO) period by an additional 30 days from the last day of the MCO.

Warranties will remain valid even if the recommended service intervals aren’t performed over MCO period, however Nissan owners are encouraged to reschedule service appointments within 30 days after MCO is lifted to keep their vehicle warranties active.

Appointment scheduling can be done via the DriveOn mobile app, TCEAS website, Nissan Customer Care Centre or directly through TCEAS service centres after the MCO is lifted.

Additionally, 24/7 breakdown and roadside assistance services remain active, Nissan owners can call 1-800-88-3838 for help.
