Give your VW some love after the MCO with ‘Welcome Back’ aftersales campaign

While we all stay at home to help #FlattenTheCurve in our fight against the Covid-19 pandemic, most of our cars’ aftersales needs are put on hold due to the temporary closure of service centres, in line with the Movement Control Order (MCO).

As part of the Volkswagen Cares initiative, Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has announced the ‘Welcome Back’ aftersales campaign to help get the servicing needs of Volkswagen owners back on track after the MCO period.

To that end, VPCM is inviting VW owners to register and book their appointments on the Volkswagen website. Upon submission of the interest form, a VPCM personnel will be in contact to sort out the necessary arrangements.

All VW owners taking part in the campaign will receive a free merchandise. Additionally, those who are not redeeming their free maintenance voucher, and are not Volkswagen Cares Plus (VCP) members, are also entitled to a RM50 discount on engine oil.

To take advantage of this offer, all appointments must be made within 30-days after the MCO is lifted. All Volkswagen owners must also required to download the Volkswagen Cares mobile application to enjoy the benefits.

In regards to warranties, Volkswagen Malaysia says that it will continue to honour the warranty of cars that were not able to meet the scheduled maintenance service due to the MCO.
