Cycle & Carriage Bintang Berhad recently launched the Mercedes-Benz Star Mobile, a first-of-its-kind service in Malaysia to offer hassle-free maintenance services right at the doorstep of their customers.

Here’s a breakdown of what you need to know!
- The first service of its kind for Klang Valley customers
Cycle & Carriage is the pilot for the roll-out of the first Mercedes-Benz Star Mobile and its service is currently available to Cycle & Carriage customers in the Klang Valley. In celebration of the launch, Cycle & Carriage is waiving the service fee for the first three months.
- Never leave the comforts of your home
Armed with a Mercedes-Benz Vito filled with special tools, diagnostic systems and two qualified technicians, services include scheduled maintenance services, off-site repairs, wiper blade replacements, key battery or infrared replacements and battery replacements right at your doorstep.
- Transparent & Hassle-free
Customers can schedule an appointment with any Cycle & Carriage dealership within the Klang Valley to experience the full extent of Mercedes-Benz Star Mobile’s services.

Customers are assured greater transparency with cost estimates provided ahead of services including itemised costs for required parts and labour costs.
- Operation hours
The Mercedes-Benz Star Mobile operates daily (except public holidays). Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 8.00pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 8.00am to 1.00pm.
