Both Mika Hakkinen, two-time Formula 1 champion with the then West McLaren Mercedes and the McLaren F1 GTR, needs no introduction.

Together, the combination makes for one of the most pleasing videos to hear (and watch) in awhile. Although I’d suggest you put on your earphones; not many in the office will share your passion for such audio pleasure – not your boss for sure.

The mid-engined, rear-wheel drive McLaren F1 GTR is powered by a 6.0-litre naturally-aspirated BMW V12 engine mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. It makes more than 600 hp, with almost 500 Nm of torque. 0 to 100 km/h is demolished in just three seconds with top speed rated at 240 mph (386 km/h).
