Ford teases parts of the new upcoming Focus and it looks pretty good

Ford has just released a new video on its YouTube page showing a glimpse of its new Focus and I must say, it looks quite alluring. If I observed correctly, I think there’s a hint of Volvo’s “Thor’s hammer” daytime running lights on the new car as well; half a hammer at least.

I’m quite fond of the new headlamp design that resembles quite closely to the “three LED projector layout” found in the new 2.0-litre turbocharged Toyota Harrier that just went on sale in Malaysia recently. They’ve also exposed a new wheel design and if my eyes haven’t failed me, it’s 18-inch in size.

Having released a heavily-camouflaged image of the new Focus at the end of last year, Ford revealed that besides a new, sharper rear end, as vaguely shown in video, the new Focus will also house a new cabin with a floating infotainment display as seen in the new Fiesta.

On the side note, Ford also announced that it would be introducing the new EcoSport, a Transit Custom and the Fiesta Active Crossover – all in the first half of 2018.
