Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has just introduced a new 3-Years/45,000 km (whichever comes first) free service package for all Volkswagen models registered from 1 January 2018 onwards. This 3-Years/45,000 km free service package supplements the on-going 5-Years warranty and 5-Years Roadside Assistance.
Managing Director of VPCM, Erik Winter said that the 3-Years free maintenance programme for all new Volkswagen cars will help provide a peace of mind to owners and lower their cost of ownership as VPCM uptakes three years of maintenance costs.
The free service package covers all maintenance costs (parts and labour included) as per the standard maintenance schedule except wear-and-tear parts such as brake discs, brake pads, windscreen wipers and light bulbs. Owners will also have to keep in mind to follow the recommended service schedule at authorised Volkswagen service centres to avoid voiding the coverage.
“With this programme in place, owners need not have to worry about the maintenance of their Volkswagen. This also reaffirms the commitment we have towards our customers – not just in strengthening our aftersales service, but also the Volkswagen ownership experience for our owners,” Winter added.
In addition to that, VPCM is also offering attractive interest rates from 0.88 percent per annum for all variants of the entire Passat family – one of AutoBuzz.my’s Best Cars of 2017.
