Lexus released another teaser of the LF-1 concept, successor to the LX?

Lexus has over the weekend released yet another teaser of the upcoming “LF-1 Limitless” concept car set to make its debut sometime in January next year – indicated as the new “flagship crossover” of the Lexus marque.

The concept is said to feature the future design language of the brand’s next generation of luxury crossovers.

The outgoing RX was only just launched in 2015 and recently Lexus unveiled a three-row RX L which has its dimensions stretched by 110mm to accommodate either a six or seven-seater configuration.

The seven-seater layout will feature two individual seats in the second row, leaving a gap in the middle for better access to the third row. It’s hard to imagine the fourth generation RX being replaced so soon with these “refreshments”, could the LF-1 be the new LX?
