In a move to strengthen their after-sales services, Honda Malaysia Sdn Bhd (HMSB) has opened not one, but two new 2S (Service and Spare Parts) and Body & Paint (BP Centres) in Melaka and in Penang.
As of May 2017, HMSB is servicing an average of 100,000 cars monthly with the Southern and Northern region charting 19 percent and 11 percent growth respectively. Total service intakes for the former is 203,109, whereas the latter is up to 176,326 cars. HMSB recorded a 14 percent increase in service intakes nationwide in 2016 compared to the year before.
Mr Katsuto Hayashi, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of HMSB said, “These two new 2S and Body & Paint Centres in Melaka and Penang will be able to cater to our customers there, providing an after-sales location nearer to them. The move to open 2S and BP Centres is part of our commitment to improve our service to customers, and to elevate the joy of buying for them.”
