In conjunction with Mercedes-AMG’s 50th anniversary, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM) is celebrating this milestone with the introduction of their AMG 43 series models.
Joining the Dream Cars line up are the Mercedes-AMG C 43 4MATIC and Mercedes-AMG C 43 Coupe 4MATIC.The C 43 sedan is yours for RM499,888 while the more stylish C 43 Coupe commands an additional RM49k.

Don’t be turned off by the “43” moniker because it’s still a full fledge AMG-model. Well, sort of. Underneath the hood is a 3.0-litre bi-turbo V6 that churns out 362 hp and 520 Nm of torque mated to a nine-speed G-Tronic automatic gearbox. As the 4MATIC badge denotes, both variants are equipped with the 4MATIC permanent all-wheel system. Century sprint time is done and dusted in 4.7 seconds before hitting a limited top speed of 250 km/h.
Standard on C 43 models is the AMG Ride Control sports suspension which allows the drivers to select from three different damping settings – Comfort, Sport and Sport Plus. The AMG speed-sensitive sports steering adjusts its power assistance according to the Dynamic Select driving programmes (Comfort and Sport). The AMG sports exhaust system is fitted as standard.
Visually, both cars wear the signature AMG diamond radiator grille, dual exhaust outlets, AMG lip spoiler as well as “BITURBO 4MATIC” on the front fenders. A set of 19-inch AMG five-spoke lightweight alloy wheels are fitted as standard on both models.
Step inside and you will be greeted with ARTICO leather upholstery, sports seats, multifunctional flat bottomed steering wheel, red contrast stitching and AMG instrument cluster with AMG menu.
MBM, together with Mercedes-Benz Financial is offering attractive financing packages for both variants of the the C 43. With Agility Financing, monthly repayment starts from RM4,998 while monthly instalment with Hire Purchase Classic starts from RM6,576. Like all vehicles sold through MBM, the C 43 comes with a 4-Year unlimited warranty package.
