Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM) announced in a press release that they will be the Official Royal and Government Fleet Provider of the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA 2025), happening on the 20th to 24th May in Langkawi.
As part of this collaboration, MBM will be providing a fleet of cars to chauffeur VIPs and delegates throughout the airshow. These cars consist of the locally-assembled Mercedes-Benz S580e PHEV and the EQS580 4Matic SUV.
CEO and President of MBM, Amanda Zhang, said, “At Mercedes-Benz, innovation and excellence are at the core of everything we do. Our collaboration with Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA) 2025 reinforces our dedication to delivering world-class mobility solutions, integrating advanced technology with luxury.”
“This platform paves the way for us to showcase how Mercedes-Benz continues to drive the future – whether through electrification, intelligent mobility solutions, or cutting-edge design,” Zhang added.

Additionally, visitors to LIMA 2025 can also stop by the Mercedes-Benz showcase booth, where the German carmaker will have the Mercedes-AMG SL43 on display. The alluring roadster is powered by a 2.0-litre inline four-cylinder mated to a 48V mild hybrid system producing a total of 381 hp and 480 Nm.
