The uniquely styled Nissan Juke appeals to a very niche group of people. The off centred headlamps, large fog lamps and fastback-esque silhouette are certainly an acquired taste and perhaps that is precisely why Nissan has added two limited edition models to the Juke range.

Limited to only 1,500 units, the Juke Tekna Pulse should interest fellow audiophiles as it comes equipped with a sound system by Focal, a respected French audio company. This system upgrades the main speakers from 40 watts to 120 watts while the tweeters gets upgraded to 100 watt units. Available in two exterior shades – Metallic Black and Dark Grey, the Juke Tekna Pulse is dressed with black exterior personalisation pack and black 18-inch alloys.

Another special edition available for the Juke is the N-Connecta Sytle which adds on xenon headlights, colour co-ordinated bumper, headlight finishers, mirror covers and Tokyo Black 18-inch alloys. Inside, the Juke N-Connecta Style features sports seats with Tokyo Black trim to match the centre console and door strips.

Two engine options are available on both limited edition models – a 1.2-litre turbo petrol unit with 113 hp and 190 Nm and a 1.5-litre turbodiesel with 109 hp and 260 Nm. Prices for the Juke Tekna Pulse starts from £20,700 (RM114k) while the N-Connecta Style starts from £18,755 (RM103k). Locally, if you want a Nissan Juke, you’d have to turn to the parallel importers to source one for you.
