Sime Darby Auto Performance, the exclusive and sole distributor of Porsche cars in Malaysia have opened the doors to their third showroom in the country, but this time it’s in Penang.

The brand new 3S Porsche Centre Penang is strategically located in Penang’s automotive hub, just along Jalan Baru in Seberang Perai. Getting to the RM15 million facility from Georgetown is as easy as turning out from the first bridge.

Built to meet the increasing demand from the northern region, the state-of-the-art centre has a built up area of 35,575 sq ft, sitting atop a land spanning 102,524 sq ft. Besides the ample parking space, the showroom is fully air conditioned and is big enough to accommodate 10 display cars. There’s also a dedicated cafe, exclusive Carrera lounge, luxurious and comfortable space as well as nine service bays, including a warehouse for spare parts!

CEO of SDAP, Arnt Bayer said, “We are thrilled to be moving into Penang with our third Porsche Centre in Malaysia. This new 3s Porsche Centre will enable us to deliver a higher level of customer satisfaction and a unique ownership experience for all Porsche owners and enthusiasts in the northern region.”

Those who have bought their dream cars can also look to their apparels and accessories section, even toys for the young ones.

The Porsche 718 Cayman and Cayman S were jointly launched with the new showroom

Managing Director of Porsche Asia Pacific, Martin Limpert said, “SDAP has been our sole and exclusive importer in Malaysia since 2010 and continuously invested into the Porsche brand, with special dedication to state-of-the-art facilities and best skilled people. The new Porsche Centre Penang marks another milestone for the Porsche growth in Malaysia and is a bold statement of SDAP’s commitment.

I strongly believe in the long-term potential for Porsche in Malaysia and I am convinced that this latest addition to the Porsche dealer network will support our growth and path and assure an outstanding customer experience.”
