In celebration of MINI’s 55th Anniversary as well as Merdeka day and Malaysia day, Mini Malaysia is introducing the Limited 55 Edition MINI Cooper Countryman exclusively for the Malaysian market.

Based on the MINI Cooper Countryman, Limited 55 Edition gets a bespoke trim but the powertrain remains the same as the standard Cooper Countryman. This means under the bonnet there’s a 1.6-litre 4-cylinder engine with 120 hp powering the front wheels via the 6-speed auto box.

 

Externally, Limited 55 Edition is equipped with 16-inch 5-Star Single Spoke wheels, 55 Edition Badge on the grille, and 55 Edition Sports Stripe that runs across the bonnet, side skirting, and tailgate.

There are five main paint colours to choose from; Blazing Red, True Blue, Royal Grey, Light White and Brilliant Copper with contrasting mirror cap and roof in black. However, Blazing Red, True Blue, Royal Grey can also be had with white mirror cap and roof.

The cabin is fitted with Cloth Cosmos Carbon Black upholstery and Piano Black trim with Polar Beige inlay. Safety-wise there are 6 airbags, ABS, DSC, and Autimatic Stability Control_Traction (ASC+T).

 

Production of the 55 Edition MINI Countryman will be limited to only 55 units, so if you’re interested you better be quick because the on the road price without insurance, with 3 years MINI Service Inclusive is RM 188,888.00.
