2026年电动汽车(EV)路税新计算方法
马来西亚交通部(MoT)宣布,从2026年1月起,新的电动汽车路税计算方法将生效。该方法仍基于电动汽车的功率输出(以“kW”计算),但平均成本比现行计算方法便宜70%(当前方法的豁免期将持续到2025年底)。
为什么选择基于功率输出的计算方法
交通部表示,基于功率输出的计算方法是目前最可行的方法,考虑到当前汽车行业的管理环境。虽然车辆重量和排放量也在考量范围内,但功率输出仍被认为是最可行的。这一方法至少会在未来五年内有效,之后可能会进行重新评估。
2026年电动汽车路税计算方法
新路税基于电动汽车的功率输出(kW),具体分级如下:

假设BYD Dolphin Standard Range的最大功率输出为70 kW。它属于第一档,即1 W至100,000 W。基本路税为RM20,每增加9,999 W增加RM10。因此,标准版Dolphin有两个增量块(RM20),计算结果为RM40。
RM20 + (RM10 x 2) = RM40

假设BYD Atto 3的功率输出为150 kW,属于第二档,即100,001 W至210,000 W。基本路税为RM80,每增加9,999 W增加RM20。因此,Atto 3有四个增量块(RM80),计算结果为RM160。
RM80 + (RM20 x 4) = RM160
这意味着即使是最大功率输出为150千瓦的BYD Dolphin Extended Range,其电动汽车路税也将为RM160。同样适用于Chery Omoda E5。

Porsche Taycan Turbo GT 路税:RM6,715
假设Porsche Taycan Turbo GT的功率输出为760 kW,属于第八档。基本路税为RM5,715,有4个增量块(RM1,000),计算结果为RM6,715。
RM5,715 + (RM250 x 4) = RM6,715
看起来虽然很高昂,但相比起目前的路税其实价钱已经降低了不少,打个比例,W204 C63的路税就已经需要RM16,566。而新EV路税的算法也比目前的算法更加的低廉。如果按照目前实行的算法来计算的话,Taycan Turbo GT的路税将会是RM17,494。

*交通部官方列出了Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD的输出功率为366千瓦。Model 3 Highland Performance尚未正式列出,但查看Tesla马来西亚官网,其峰值功率为460马力(338千瓦),这奇怪地低于Long Range AWD。Model 3 Performance的电动机总功率额定为460千瓦(>600马力),尽管实际输出受到电池限制(因此为460马力)。如果总功率像大多数其他电动车一样计算,Model 3 Performance的路税应该会高得多。
