Isuzu Malaysia has launched its ‘Truck for Life’ blood donation campaign as part of its 2026 corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This is done in support of the National Blood Centre’s efforts to ensure a steady blood supply for hospitals and patients nationwide.
The Truck for Life campaign will travel across Isuzu dealerships nationwide, providing opportunities for customers, employees, and members of the public to donate blood. Isuzu says the campaign will begin in Q2 2026, covering areas across Peninsular and East Malaysia.
The first stop was recently held at Isuzu Malaysia’s headquarters in Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya, where over 15 litres of blood were collected in just a single day — a strong start to the campaign. Isuzu will now continue the initiative with its dealers nationwide.
On average, between 15,000 and 17,000 bags of blood are required to meet the daily needs of patients across Malaysia. The National Blood Centre have been encouraging the public to volunteer for blood donations to ensure there is enough blood reserves for medical purposes.

Isuzu Malaysia Chief Operating Officer Masashi Nujima says the initiative showcases the company’s commitment to giving back to the community it serves, saying, “For Isuzu Malaysia, we carry a strong sense of responsibility to give back to the community through purposeful and meaningful initiatives.”
“Over the years, IMSB has implemented a wide range of CSR initiatives aimed at supporting communities and creating positive social impact. This year, the ‘Truck for Life’ 2026 Blood Donation Campaign is one of the key initiatives we have committed to in helping the National Blood Centre encourage more Malaysians to step forward as blood donors,” he added.
Isuzu Malaysia has historically conducted several CSR initiatives, ranging from tree planting for environmental preservation to visitations and donation efforts supporting underprivileged communities, including orphanages and elderly homes.
