BMW unveils first 4S centre in Kuala Terengganu

BMW Malaysia has opened its first dealership in the state of Terengganu, in the form of a new 4S centre operated by dealer-partner Millenium Welt in partnership with Autohaus Prima. Built according to the marque’s new Retail.NEXT concept, the new 15,000 sqft dealership offers “state-of-the-art facilities and services” tailored for BMW and BMW i vehicles for customers in Terengganu and the surrounding areas.

These include a café, the BMW bar & lounge, as well as sales and service lounges, where owners can relax while their BMW vehicles are being serviced. Additionally, the customer parking area is also equipped with AC and DC EV charging facilities, highlighting BMW and the dealership’s commitment towards enhancing accessibility to charging infrastructure within the region.

Speaking at the launch of the new location, BMW Group Malaysia Managing Director Benjamin Nagel said, “Since its establishment in 2013, Millennium Welt has been an invaluable partner within our network, consistently delivering exceptional sales and after-sales services to our customers across several touchpoints in peninsular Malaysia.”

“With the opening of its first BMW dealership with the Retail.NEXT concept in Terengganu, we are excited to be able to better serve a wider customer base here as well as witness Millennium Welt’s continued dedication to our vision and role as the leading premium electric mobility provider in Malaysia,” he added.
