The 2024 Chery Tiggo 7 Pro has finally made its launch here in Malaysia. Priced at RM123,800, this C-segment SUV is offered in one variant and is locally assembled in Kulim, Kedah. Its main rivals consist of the likes of the Proton X70 and the Honda CR-V.
Dimension-wise, the Chery Tiggo 7 Pro measures 4,513 mm in length, 1,862 mm in width, and 1,696 mm in height, and is underpinned by a 2,670 mm long wheelbase. It also has a 175 mm ground clearance. The Tiggo 7 Pro can be had with a total of four exterior colour choices. This includes Carbon Black, Nasdaq Silver, Phantom Red, and Khaki White. Only Khaki White is paired with a black roof

Powering the Malaysian-spec Chery Tiggo 7 Pro is a 1.6-litre turbocharged inline-4 petrol engine that makes 197 hp and 290 Nm. Paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT), power is sent to the front wheels only. Chery claims a 7.0 L/100 km fuel consumption rating with the Tiggo 7 Pro.
