Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) has unveiled its new Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) outlet in Cyberjaya. Opened since January 2024, ETCM says that this new showroom with the new retail concept is subsequent to its other three showrooms that have been transformed including its 3S Flagship Store in Petaling Jaya.
The company says that the new showroom concept reaffirms its commitment in providing “excellent customer experience and enhancing customer satisfaction as they interact with the Nissan brand name”. The new retail concept was also introduced to “innovate Nissan dealerships and deliver world-class service standards to Nissan customers across the globe”.
The company says that the NRC is centred on showcasing Nissan’s brand values across the entire customers’ journey at the dealership touchpoint, whether it is to test drive the latest model or to drop their car off for a regular service. Every touchpoint of an NRC- or NRC-NEXT-compliant retail facility will be “reimagined and refined to deliver excitement and satisfaction to the customer”.

The newly opened outlet spans a total built-up area of 7,300 square feet. Within this built-up area is a showroom that can display 5 cars, a new vehicle delivery area, a customer lounge, and two service bays. This new Nissan facility by ETCM is located in the township of Autoville Cyberjaya. With RM1.5 million invested into the facility, ETCM says that it fills a crucial gap in the market as it strategically caters to potential new customers in Cyberjaya, Sepang, and Putrajaya.
