Isuzu Malaysia to upgrade current 1S & 3S centres, 27 more outlets to wear new CI

Isuzu Malaysia has announced its expansion plans for 2024, including upgrading its current 1S centres to 3S centres, while its current 3S centres are also encouraged to be upgraded to 4S centres by taking up body and paint services. The company also noted that most of its customers are new to the Isuzu brand, therefore it is important that “they have a good experience with our products and our services”.

The Japanese carmaker will also be upgrading 27 of its showrooms throughout Malaysia this year with its new corporate identity. As a whole, Isuzu Malaysia looks to strengthen its customers’ satisfaction by focusing on four key pillars, including vehicle sales, customer experience, after-sales, and customer care.

In 2023, Isuzu Malaysia broke a new sales record for its light commercial vehicle business for the second consecutive year. It sold 9,650 units of the Isuzu D-Max pickups, 439 units or nearly 5% more than it managed in 2022.

As of 2023, Isuzu Malaysia’s market share in 2023 stands at 16.6%, 0.3% more than in 2022. The carmaker also recorded a high intake volume, with its service intake increasing by 14% from 2022.
