Nissan’s official distributor in Malaysia – Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) has opened the first-ever Nissan 3S Flagship Store in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, which will be serving its customers in Petaling Jaya and the greater Klang Valley area. The store has been redesigned and upgraded in line with the latest Nissan Retail Concept (NRC-NEXT), featuring the brand’s new logo, together with its new red tablet signature.
With approximately RM4 million being invested into the upgraded Nissan 3S Flagship Store in Petaling Jaya, it now spans 43,000 sq ft and can display up to eight models. The store now features two new vehicle delivery bays, three EV chargers, specially assigned areas for private discussions, as well as free internet connectivity. The store is also equipped with a kids’ room, allowing customers to shop with peace of mind, while keeping their children safe and occupied.
In terms of after-sales service, the new Nissan 3S Flagship Store in Petaling Jaya is equipped with 25 general service bays which are equipped with hoists. There are also dedicated bays for air-conditioning and wheel alignment service.
On top of that, there are also individual rooms earmarked for EV repairs and vehicles that may require extensive remedial work. For existing Nissan owners returning for after-sales services, Nissan has set up a Service Concierge to offer them immediate assistance at the entrance of the Service Centre, along with a newly furnished reception area.

ETCM Sales & Marketing Director, Christopher Tan said, “Our new Nissan 3S Flagship store in Petaling Jaya is testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, it is also a reflection of our commitment to elevate the experience of our customers when they visit this beautiful facility.”

Specifically, the new Nissan 3S Flagship Store is located at Lot 9, Jalan Kemajuan 12/18, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Its showroom’s operation hours from Monday to Saturday are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. As for Sundays and public holidays, it will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Its service centre’s operation hours from Monday to Friday on the other hand are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. During Sundays and public holidays, the service centre will be operating from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
