BMW Group Malaysia, together with its dealer-partner Seong Hoe Premium Motors, have opened the doors to the newly-refurbished showroom in Melaka, serving as the new home to BMW and MINI models in the state – the latter a recent addition to the dealer’s portfolio.
With a built-up space of over 7,100 square feet, the new outlet in Melaka features a showroom capable of displaying up to 10 BMW and three MINI vehicles, the latter on the mezzanine floor. BMW Premium Selection pre-owned cars are meanwhile displayed at a separate new facility nearby the dealership.
The dealership also features a New Car Handover Lounge, a RATC (reception at the car) bay, new BMW AC (22 kW) and DC (30 kW) charging stations accessible via ChargEV, as well as an Isetta Bar with complimentary WiFi internet access for customers.
The new outlet is staffed by 50 highly-trained personnel, who will provide a range of premium services at its updated facility, including BMW and MINI Service, Fast Lane Service, BMW Lifestyle, BMW Financial and Insurance Services, Original Parts and Accessories, Pickup and Delivery Service, as well as Roadside Assistance.

Seong Hoe Premium Motors General Manager, Loy Suan Chiow said, “We owe it to the support of our loyal and strong customer base, who continue to put their trust in us for over the past four decades in delivering the Premium Ownership Experience. To date, we have successfully delivered over 400 units of vehicles annually, complemented by the highest standards in customer service.”
Seong Hoe Premium Motors is the longest-serving BMW authorised dealer in Melaka, having operated its dealership since 1979.
“It is a point of pride for us here at Seong Hoe Premium Motors and one that we intend to extend to our newly enhanced dealership, allowing us to better serve our customers in Malacca and the surrounding areas,” Loy added.
The new Seong Hoe Premium Motors dealership is located at Lot 2020, Jalan Semabok, Taman Sinn Semabok, 75050 Melaka. They are open from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm from Monday to Saturday, and 10 am to 3 pm on Sundays and public holidays.
