Lamborghini Owners Malaysia sets new record for ‘Largest gathering of Lamborghinis’

Imagine the sight of over 100 different Lamborghinis gathering in one spot, wouldn’t that be unforgettable? Not only will that memory live on with the public who were there to witness the gathering, but it also made its way into the history books.

Last weekend, members of the Lamborghini Owners Malaysia (LOM) club came out in full force to set a new record for the ‘Largest Gathering of Lamborghinis at an event’ in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

A total of 112 Lamborghinis showed up that day, comprising various models such as the Murcielago, Huracan, Aventador, and the hot-selling Urus SUV.

The previous record set in 2013, in conjunction with Lamborghini’s 50th-anniversary celebration, only saw 77 participating owners from Malaysia and Singapore.

This time around those present were made up of owners from Peninsular Malaysia only. Interestingly, the previous record set nearly 10 years ago, took place in the exact same venue as the one last weekend.

Members of LOM and the public were treated to a lion dance before LOM was handed a certificate from officials of the Malaysia Book of Records to confirm the new record.

Following the record-breaking feat, member conveyed to La Chateau Spa & Wellness Resort in Bukit Tinggi for a gala dubbed the ‘Bulls Ball’ not only to celebrate the new record but also for charity as members aimed to raise some RM40,000 for four different charities. Full details on that will be announced later.

LOM was established in 2014 with only 50 members but that figure has since grown to 150 this present day.
