Jaguar unleashes the F-Pace SVR Edition 1988 to celebrate its Le Mans-winning race car

Inspired by the success of the Le Mans-winning Jaguar XJR-9 LM in 1988, Jaguar has unveiled the new F-Pace SVR Edition 1988. Only 394 units will be available to commemorate the number of laps completed by the Le Mans-winning race car.

The main highlight of the F-Pace SVR lies in its exterior colo; featuring a specially-formulated Midnight Amethyst Gloss and Sunset Gold paint job, complemented with 22-inch Champagne Gold forged alloy wheels.

Black Pack goodies are standard in the F-Pace SVR, where the side mirror covers, brake calipers, and wheel center caps are all finished in Gloss Black.

The cabin is festooned with open-pore carbon fibre trims, paired with semi-aniline Ebony leather upholstery. The Sunset Gold theme continues inside the cabin, as seen on the steering wheel spokes, gear shift paddles, and sports seats. Completing the interior package are SV Bespoke and Edition 1988 branding on the illuminated door sills and dashboard.

The F-Pace SVR Edition 1988 produces the same performance as the F-Pace SVR with 550 hp and 700 Nm from a 5.0-litre supercharged V8. 0 to 100 km/h takes four seconds before the Jaguar runs out of breath at 286 km/h! Prices start from £101,550 pounds (approx. RM560,795).
