Honda Malaysia has initiated a Flood Relief programme for its customers whose cars have been affected by the recent flood.
The Flood Relief Programme will run till the 31st of January 2022 where affected customers are advised to head to the nearest Honda authorised dealer for vehicle inspection. Affected Honda owners will receive a 25% discount on genuine parts. The offer is only applicable to vehicles bought from authorised dealers.
Honda Malaysia, Managing Director and CEO, Ms. Madoka Chujo said, “We are deeply saddened by the floods that have inundated several states in Malaysia, which resulted in people evacuating their homes and significant damages caused to their properties and vehicles. We hope that the Flood Relief Programme can help relieve the burden on our customers. We hope everyone continues to stay safe during these challenging times.”
Additionally, Honda owners who have subscribed to the Honda Insurance Plus programme can enjoy free inspection for their cars. Under the programme, towing service is provided along with flood allowance of up to RM1,500. Honda Malaysia will also be working with insurance companies to expedite claims by affected customers.
