It’s the season of new pick-ups and as other brands have introduced theirs in recent months, including the likes of Toyota and Isuzu, Nissan has joined in on the action and brought out their new facelift Navara to play.

There are a whopping six variants available, starting from RM92k for the single cab variant, all the way to RM142k for the range-topping PRO-4X variant.

The PRO-4X sports a blacked-out grille design that’s different from the other variants, blacked-out Nissan emblems, roof rails….well, you get the drill. Bringing all the blacked-out details together is the Stealth Grey paint job that just makes the PRO-4X stand out from the rest.

Tell you what though, it looks incredibly menacing too with those quad projector headlamps. Everywhere we went, the PRO-4X just stood out and turned heads as if someone just walked by completely pantsless.

All variants except the single cab and SE Manual variants get 190 hp and 450 Nm, from a 2.5-litre turbo diesel engine paired to a 7-speed automatic. The lower two variants get significantly less power with 163 hp and 403 Nm, from the same engine paired to a 6-speed manual.

As for the inner bits, and how it drives, we’ll leave it to you to find out. Pssst…this VLOGs just a little different from the rest, so check it out and let us know if we should do more of these!
