Sime Darby Auto Connexion (SDAC), the sole distributor of Ford vehicles in Malaysia, has announced a new ‘Service Reward’ promotion campaign for selected Ford models. The campaign will run for two days only starting today (1st and 2nd September), with only 1,000 Service Reward vouchers available for sale.

The vouchers cost RM5 each, and is eligible for three service appointments over an 18-month period from the date of purchase of the voucher. Each service voucher will entitle the customer to 10% savings on the engine oil during their first vehicle service appointment; 20% on their second, and 30% on the third and final service appointment.

During all three service appointments, customers with the Service Reward voucher can also enjoy a 10% discount on the oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, battery, wiper blades, as well as labour costs. Additionally, customers with the Service Reward voucher can also take advantage of the free 27-point vehicle inspection to ensure their vehicles are in great running condition.

Redemption of the voucher is valid at all Ford Authorised Service Centres nationwide, and the voucher must be presented at each vehicle service to take advantage of the savings. The Service Reward voucher will be available for purchase at all Ford service centres, while stocks last.

SDAC Managing Director, Syed Ahmad Muzri Syed Faiz said, “We are always looking for ways to support our customers and reward them for their loyalty. In these uncertain times, as people resume their day-to-day activities, we hope these savings will help lighten their load while keeping them safe on the roads.”

Customers can make a vehicle service appointment online via SDAC-Ford’s website here. The new real-time e-Service Appointment booking system, which allows customers to check the available time slots and confirm the booking in real-time, is available at seven Ford Service Centres in Malaysia – Ford Ara Damansara, Ford Petaling Jaya 2, Ford Juru, Ford Butterworth, Ford Kuching, Ford Kota Kinabalu and Ford Tawau.

In addition to booking a service appointment online, customers can also schedule a service appointment by calling their preferred authorised Ford Service Centres directly.
