Proton has added another full-fledged 3S centre to its dealership and services network. The new outlet, located in Puchong, will be operated by dealer-partner Lesydear Automobile (Lesydear Auto).
The new RM2.5 million facility, houses a showroom capable of displaying five cars, along with a service centre with six bays and four service hoists. Other amenities include a coffee bar, laptop charging ports, and free Wi-Fi for the customers’ convenience.
The new outlet, which is easily accessible via the LDP, joins a network of 120-strong Proton 3S and 4S centres. With this 3S outlet, customers in Puchong and the surrounding area can have access to sales, service and spare parts availability all under one roof.
Proton Deputy CEO, Dato’ Radzaif Mohamed said, “Aside from good product offerings, the strength of a company lies in its network. It is this reason that Proton has placed a lot of focus on network development and upgrading of its outlets.
“It is important because it serves as the main contact point between customers and us. Today, we are proud to say that, as a result of this, customers are looking more favourably to the Proton brand as a purchase choice,” he added.
Minister of Communications and Multimedia, YB Gobind Singh who was there to officiate the new outlet, said, “It is crucial that we adapt quickly in order to reap and capitalise on the benefits of the digital age, as well as for our country to remain competitive and relevant in this sector.”
YB Gobind Singh further added that the Proton X70 epitomises modern automotive technology, especially with the embedded eSIM for always-on connectivity to the 4G network. “We are all proud of Proton and its achievements. After all it’s my official car,” he quipped.
The new Proton 3S outlet is located at No.2, Jalan BP4, Bandar Bukit Puchong, 47120 Puchong, Selangor.
