In a continuous effort to improve customer experience, Honda Malaysia is expanding their Body and Paint (BP) Centres at its dealerships. Six new BP Centres have been opened this year, bringing the total number of Honda BP Centres to 28.
BP Centre is Honda’s one-stop solution in providing Honda customers accident vehicle repairs, vehicle inspections, painting, and quality check after maintenance. The BP centres also provides associated services such as preparing documents and assisting in the process of an insurance claim.
Along with the enhanced customer experience, Honda also promises that the technicians are trained to the highest skills and knowledge to ensure all repairs and maintenance are performed according to the set standards.
Honda Malaysia Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Toichi Ishiyama said, “We believe the expansion of BP Centres will help Honda Malaysia meet the increasing demand as well as offer high quality after-sales service and benefits to our customers such as skilled technicians and conducive environment.
“To top it off, Honda Malaysia provides quality products in our BP Centres. This includes Waterborne paint, the revolutionary green product as well as genuine Honda parts that are certified by Honda Motor Co., Ltd. We are also working closely with our dealers to deliver top-notch customer experience from sales to after-sales,” he added.
Honda Malaysia’s consistent sales growth for the past five years has translated into an increase in after-sales service demand. In the first ten months of the year, Honda Malaysia has recorded over 36,000 BP service intakes, a 40% increase from the same period last year.
