Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) together with Nikaijaya Resource has just opened a brand new showroom in the Klang Valley.

The new outlet will be the first authorised Nissan dealer to adopt the new Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) in Malaysia, following Nissan’s globally consistent brand experience. NRC aims to enhance the customer experience and journey of the Nissan brand via improved customer services.

The 6,556 square feet showroom features a new exterior with its iconic red Nissan signage, providing a bold impression on arrival. On the inside, the ‘Nissan Drive’ sales and consultation area provides a warm welcome to customers, while capable of displaying up to five Nissan models.

Additional facilities such as a cafe-styled modern customer lounge, kid’s play area, customer parking, and free Wi-Fi connectivity are all available for the convenience of the customers.

ETCM Sales and Marketing Director, Mr Christopher Tan said, “The Nissan Retail Concept adapts to the latest ways of our business environment and represents our commitment in providing our customers with a high quality experience from the minute they arrive.

“We’ll continue to expand and enhance our customer touch points to ensure greater coverage and accessibility for our customers in order to meet the growing demand of our Nissan brand,” he added.
