Porsche is celebrating 10 years of Panamera with a special edition, featuring exclusive cosmetic upgrades as well as additional comfort and safety equipment.
The 10 Years Edition package will be available on the Panamera 4, Panamera 4 Sport Turismo, Panamera 4 E-Hybrid and Panamera 4 E-Hybrid Sport Turismo.
The gold trimmings, particularly the 21-inch Sport Design alloy wheels finished in satin-gloss white gold Metallic are the first things that would elude you to the Panamera 10 Years Edition, likewise the “Panamera10” emblems on the front doors.
Moving inside, the 10 Years Edition Panamera is decked out in black partial-leather with white gold decorative stitching. The same anniversary logo is also found on the front passenger trim panel and door sills.
Porsche has also given the Panamera 10 Years Edition a special treatment by including a whole suite of luxury equipment as standard. Every 10 Years edition will include ParkAssist with 360-degree camera, LED matrix headlights with PDLS Plus, lane change and lane-keeping assist, panoramic sun roof, privacy glass, 14-way power adjustable seats, soft-close doors, digital radio and a Bose surround sound system.
Adding to the standard equipment list are air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), and Power Steering Plus. Buyers opting for the E-Hybrid variants also benefit from a faster 7.2 kW on-board charger.
Under the hood, there are no mechanical changes. The Panamera 4 variants carry a 2.9-litre biturbo V6 engine, capable of producing 330 hp to all four wheels. The E-Hybrid models tack on a 100 kW electric motor, making a combined output of 462 hp.
Once seen as the black sheep of the Porsche line up, the Panamera underwent a major refresh in 2016. In our review of the second generation model, we even called the Sport Turismo Stuttgart’s new eye candy! With over 250,000 units delivered over its model cycle, we think it’s only fitting that Porsche celebrates this milestone. Happy 10th birthday, Panamera!
