Alongside the brutish S 450 L, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has added the new S 560 e PHEV, priced at RM658,888, to their luxury limousine line up.
At first glance, the differences may not be apparent but look closer and you’d spot the obvious new wheel design, revised grille, front and rear bumpers.
Because it’s a PHEV, the charging point is position at the right side of the rear bumper and “golf bag space” sadly has been reduced to just 410 litres, compared to the S 450 L’s whopping 530 litres.
In pure EV mode, the S 560 e is capable of returning up to 50 km of pure electric driving, while charging its batteries, in a domestic power socket, would take approximately six hours.
