Quality films and movies are few and far between and in the scope of motorsports, they’re even rarer. Aside from Senna and a few others, there aren’t many out there that really fuels our curiosity and passion for all things on four wheels.

Speaking of Senna, the creators of the epic bio-film have pulled another rabbit out of their hats with this new film, Heroes.

The new movie, set to be released in mid-July leading up to the 2019 British Grand Prix, brings together four drivers consisting of two-time Formula 1 World Champion Mika Häkkinen, former Ferrari driver Felipe Massa, nine-time Le Mans winner Tom Kristensen and World Rally Championship runner-up Michèle Mouton.

In the film, they each talk about their own stories and experiences from their humble beginnings leading up to where they were in their respective forms of motorsports.

As for myself, nothing hits the spot more than a good story whether on an individual or a specific season so this one’s definitely getting on the “to-watch list”!
