Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM) is ramping up their locally assembly (CKD) operations at their manufacturing plant in Pekan, Pahang with the introduction of the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 Coupe AMG Line.
It comes with the M274 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo petrol engine in its highest state of tune making 245 hp and 370 Nm of torque. Equipped with a 9-speed 9G-Tronic automatic transmission sending drive to all four wheels via the 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system. Century sprint takes 6.5 seconds while top speed is capped at 236 km/h.
While this is not the updated facelifted GLC Coupe, MBM ensured that consumers are not short-changed with the generous amount of equipment here such as AMG Line package, Burmester surround sound system, 360-degree camera, Sports Suspension, Lane Tracking Package, Blind Spot Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist, Collision Prevention Assist Plus and more. All these for RM46,000 lesser than the fully imported (CBU) GLC 250 Coupe it replaces.
