Nasim Sdn Bhd, the official distributor of Peugeot, Citroen and DS Automobile vehicles in Malaysia has just revealed its zero-rated Goods and Services Tax (GST) price list for the entire model range following the 0 percent GST announcement made by the newly elected Pakatan Harapan Government.
Peugeot models see a price reduction of between RM4,915.48 to RM10,419.10, like many other manufacturers, the more expensive fully imported models see the most drastic price cut. Citroen and DS, on the other hand, gets a price reduction of between RM7,084.77 to RM10,940.96.
The new price list is valid from 1 June 2018 until further notice from the Ministry of Finance (MoF) to reinstate the Sales and Service Tax (SST). The lower price tag also qualifies for Nasim’s Raya Drive promotion campaign (till 30 June 2018) that offers cash rebates of RM1,000 to RM45,000 on selected models.
