In an effort to keep their promise, Honda Malaysia has confirmed that replacement parts for the driver front airbag inflators is now 100 percent available. As of this week, Honda Malaysia has carried out 175,000 airbag replacement while 55 percent of the remaining vehicles affected have yet to be rectified. Honda urges affected owners to come forward and get the parts replaced.
However, there is a global shortage for passenger side front airbags inflators, and replacement parts are not a 100 percent state yet. Honda Malaysia assures that they are working road the clock to resolve this shortage, and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
Affected Honda owners can schedule an appointment with any Honda authorised dealers or Service Central Hubs to get their Takata driver and passenger (subject to availability) front airbag inflators replaced. List of Service Central Hubs are located at:

Additionally, 21 selected Petron service stations and three Honda Family Road Trip locations have been appointed as Mobile Hubs to facilitate airbag replacement.
