Audi to invest over RM14b next year, plans to launch new Q2, Q5 and Q6

As the coming financial year dawns, Audi Group has no plans to rest on their laurels but to continue their large investments into its product expansion strategy. By 2020, the Four Rings will see their lineup balloon to 60 different cars!

The sum invested amounted to 3 billion euros, or just over RM14 billion (at press time) and will be channeled to their Ingolstadt and Neckarsulm bases. Experts will also be recruited to further develop their current technologies and alternative drive systems, of which includes the hydrogen-powered Audi Q6 h-tron concept (pictured above), a model that commands a significant proportion of Audi’s investment.
