Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) has just opened the doors to their brand new 4S Centre in Glenmarie, a facility that they claim will attend up to 100 cars per day and an average of 3,000 vehicles a month.
The full-fledged RM20 million centre has a total built-up area of 165,318 square feet, comprising a Showroom, Service and Spare Parts Centre as well as a Body and Paint Centre. This centre also exclusively provides services from MUV Certified Nissan Pre-Owned and Used Vehicles, Hire Purchase and Insurance Division, including a Vehicle Distribution Centre.
Nissan owners living around Glenmarie will be pleased to know that the Service Centre has 27 service bays manned by 22 technicians, six service advisors and a head of workshop, whereas the Body and Paint division is overseen by three technicians. New and prospective Nissan customers on the other hand will be attended by any one of 26 sales advisors.
Visitors can also make use of the WiFi enabled lounge whilst enjoying a cup of coffee courtesy of the dedicated Coffee Bar. There is also a kids’ corner and, for the first time, a Gintell Zen lounge, V-Kool and official NISMO and IMPUL accessories boutique.
The addition of ETCM’s newest 4S Centre brings their showroom tally to 100 across Malaysia, including 60 Tan Chong Express Auto Service Workshops. The showroom is open daily from 8.30am to 8pm from Monday to Saturday, however on Sunday it’s only opened from 10am to 5pm. Its service centre operates from 7.30am to 5pm from Monday to Saturday and 8.30am to 5pm on Sundays and Public Holidays.
