Lexus LF-SA city car concept to debut at Geneva

Lexus seems to be on quite a roll here, making back-to-back announcements of a brand new concept car at some of the biggest motor shows. This time at Geneva, Lexus will display yet another concept car after the last LF-C2 2+2 Roadster Concept debuted at the Los Angeles Auto Show last year.

Rolling onto the limelight for Lexus this time around is the city car concept, the Lexus LF-SA. We have nothing more than the picture above to show you what Lexus has in store for us, but we can safely say that the premium Japanese carmaker has completely deserted its conservative styling that once appealed to, say, uncles of past.

In their press statement, Lexus said the LF-SA is an illustration of the brand’s exploration into unexpected (not uncharted) territories, whilst staying true to their bold and emotional execution in car designs. If that is to be the case, then we could be looking at a subcompact Lexus, pitting head to head against the likes of MINI, Audi A1, BMW 1 Series and Mercedes A/CLA-Class.

We also expect Lexus to showcase further developments to their LF-C2 roadster concept at Geneva, so stay tuned for the latest news on both these cars!
