The new Citroen DS3 was displayed at the recent KLIMS 2013, a spunky supermini which will arrive in Malaysia early next year. What we have here is every girl’s dream car; the Citroen DS3 by Benefit. Citroen UK made this one-off concept (which is basically make-up set on wheels) in collaboration with cosmetic company Benefit.
Benefit Cosmetics powdered and dressed up the DS3 DSport model (155bhp 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol engine) with Benefit’s trademark pink and yellow ‘candy stripes’, decals, pink alloy wheels, and lots of other pink stuff. All ready to be showcased on the Citroen stand at the Birmingham Clothes Show Live event next week.
Once inside the car, us guys will get all diabetic, but you girls will love it because everything is in pink. Pink and yellow stripes Italian leather seats, pink detailing on the steering wheel, center console and even the original piano black dashboard is now pink! One thing all girls would like to have in cars, a vanity mirror, is also fitted in on the passenger side. There’s even a special compartment to put cosmetics.
But girls, don’t get all excited yet because this is just a concept and Citroen will not put this car into production. However, Benefit is hoping to take some ideas from this car and put them into a proper Citroen. Sounds like a good idea?
