Ken Block’s Gymkhana Seven, terrorizes LA with his Hoonicorn [+Video]

Ken Block is back with his Gymkhana video in a Ford, but this time it’s not a Fiesta. In Gymkhana SEVEN, Ken Block unleashed a tricked-out Ford Mustang aptly-called The Hoonicorn.

The Hoonicorn is based on a 1965 Mustang that has been extensively modified and packs 845 hp from a 410 cubic inch (that’s 6.7-litres) Roush Yates V8 driving all four wheels via a six-speed sequential transmission.

The Hoonicorn was built in a span of two years at ASD Motorsports in Charlotte, North Carolina. Needless to say Ken Block is very pleased with the result, as you can see from his latest Gymkhana SEVEN video where he took The Hoonicorn to the streets of Los Angeles.

“This is a project that I’ve been working on for two years, so to see it fully come to fruition and be able to drive it for Gymkhana SEVEN was absolutely amazing. I also knew that working with Vaughn [Gittin Jr.] and his RTR team was the right choice for this project since Mustang’s are their world, but they really went above and beyond on this car. The attention to detail with the fabrication and bodywork blows my mind. This is hands-down the best Gymkhana car I’ve had yet.” says Ken Block.
