Naza Quest Sdn Bhd, the official distributor for Chevrolet cars in Malaysia has just opened their brand new Parts Centre in Shah Alam in an effort to serve their customers better.
The 10,000 sq ft facility will hold up to RM5.5 million worth of Chevrolet spare parts with stocks comprising over 55,000 separate components. The parts will cater to all 24,000 existing Chevrolet owners (as of end-2014) in the country, with the company looking to shorten delivery time to all Chevrolet 3S centres and spare part dealers nationwide.
The facility is also expected to carry additional parts in the coming months following the introduction of several new models. Naza Quest’s Vice President 1, Thoo Ai Wuen said their sales parts have been growing between 25 to 30 percent in the past year and foresees this trend to continue. With this, the company will be able to address the concert of parts availability which will lead to greater customer confidence in the Chevrolet brand.
