Ever looked at the BMW M3 CS and wished it came as a wagon? Well, BMW has answered your prayers with the BMW M3 CS Touring. It’s essentially an M3 CS, but with a more family-friendly wagon body style.
Powering the BMW M3 CS Touring is the same 3.0-litre twin-turbocharged six-cylinder engine found in the M3 CS sedan, which, like its sedan counterpart, BMW has tweaked the engine over its stock form in the base M3 and M3 Competition to extract even more performance.
These include a forged lightweight crankshaft, a 3D-printed cylinder head core, a revised cooling and oil supply system, and increased turbo boost pressure, all contributing to a higher power output at 551 hp, compared to 510 hp in the standard M3 Touring. Torque remains unchanged at 650 Nm.
Combined with the M xDrive all-wheel drive system and an eight-speed automatic transmission, the BMW M3 CS Touring sprints from 0-100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds, onward to a top speed of 300 km/h with the M Driver’s Package. While slightly slower than its sedan counterpart, it’s still plenty fast for a station wagon!

Like its sedan counterpart, the BMW M3 CS Touring features an extensive list of carbon fibre-reinforced plastic (CFRP) components for weight saving. These include the bonnet, front splitter, front air intakes, exterior mirror caps, and rear diffuser.
The interior boasts a flat-bottomed M Alcantara steering wheel, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, and a 14.9-inch infotainment display. Other highlights include M Carbon bucket seats, steering wheel shift paddles, interior trim strips, and a centre console all crafted from CFRP. All of this contributes to making the M3 CS Touring 15 kg lighter than the BMW M3 Competition Touring.
Being a station wagon, practicality takes centre stage, and the M3 CS Touring doesn’t disappoint. With a boot space ranging from 500 to 1,510 litres, there’s ample room for a family and all their luggage for a weekend outing to the racetrack.
Prices for the BMW M3 CS Touring in starts in Europe at €152,900 (approx. RM702k) before options. The M3 CS Touring is a limited-run model with deliveries to customers in Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and other markets beginning in March 2025.
