Isuzu Malaysia has unveiled a new comprehensive insurance policy for its vehicles, dubbed the Isuzu Insurance Pro, that claims to eliminate “the mystery of purchasing adequate insurance coverage” while also offering “best-in-class” benefits for its owners.
The new insurance policy is underwritten by five major insurance and takaful companies, and is available for all Isuzu vehicles, including all D-Max models and the brand’s full range of commercial trucks and lorries here in Malaysia. The Isuzu Insurance Pro will be available for both new purchases as well as renewals.
Among the benefits offered by the new Isuzu Insurance Pro include fast approvals for claims below RM20,000, unlimited free round trip towing (300 km for D-Max, 100 km for ELF models), free all-drivers coverage, flood relief benefits, key-loss coverage, as well as motor personal accident coverage of up to RM10,000 for both policy holders and authorised drivers.
The programme also include 24/7 roadside assistance, 10 years of betterment and excess exemption, as well as agreed value up to 10 years for the D-Max pick-up trucks, and for the first year for commercial Isuzu trucks.
All insurance claims made under the Isuzu Insurance Pro programme will be honoured with full Isuzu genuine parts as long as the vehicles are returned to authorised Isuzu centres for the claim.

The Isuzu Insurance Pro policy is now available via authorised Isuzu dealers nationwide. Early subscribers will also receive exclusive merchandise as an early bird gift.
