Chery Malaysia has expanded its presence in Johor with the opening of a new 3S centre operated by Li Koon Auto Sdn Bhd. This new facility demonstrates Chery’s commitment to providing wider access to its vehicles in the state.
Chery has expanded its presence in Johor with the opening of a new 3S facility in Kluang. Located at No. 5 & No. 6, Jalan Kluang Perdana 1, Taman Kluang Perdana, 86000 Kluang, Johor. The 896-square-meter facility offers sales, service, and spare parts under one roof.
The facility is equipped with four service bays staffed by certified technicians to provide comprehensive after-sales care. According to the Chery Malaysia Network Director Soon Boon Ping, “As we broaden our presence in Johor, our goal is to serve an even wider customer base, reaching out to the vibrant communities of Muar, Skudai, Johor Bahru, and now Kluang. This strategic expansion allows more customers to experience the unparalleled convenience, quality, and comprehensive services that Chery is celebrated for”.
Chery 3S center in Kluang is staffed by experienced professionals dedicated to providing customer service. The dealership aims to deliver high-quality vehicles and comprehensive aftersales support, aligning with Chery Malaysia’s commitment to customer satisfaction. It operates daily from 9 AM to 6 PM, including public holidays, offering convenient access for customers. The accompanying service center provides support from 8 AM to 5:15 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 12:45 PM on Saturdays. This expansion brings Chery’s total network in Johor to six showrooms, five service centers, and two body and paint centers.

The official opening ceremony was attended by Chery Malaysia Network Director, Soon Boon Ping, along with representatives from Li Koon Auto Managing Director, Ong Kian Choi and Kluang Municipal Council President, Azurawati Wahid.
