Once again, we’re looking to grow the AutoBuzz family and are out to find passionate individuals to fill the positions of Writer and Senior Writer. While we’re not looking for engineering experts or Pulitzer prize winners, we do welcome candidates that can fulfill these basic requirements:
- Male or female below the age of 35
- Proficient in English – speaking and writing
- Basic photography and photo editing skills/knowledge (ideally)
- Hungry, fast learner, able to work independently and proactively
- Creative mind, able to think out of the box
- Basic knowledge on the underpinnings of a car
- A very ‘steady’ driver
If you have the right stuff, being at AutoBuzz will see you performing such duties:
- Keep tabs on the automotive world (local, regional, international) and curate news articles on the latest releases and events
- Plan and curate relevant features based on current affairs/new launches
- Update social media platforms (FB, IG, TT) with content (eg. images, short clips)
- Provide coverage at motoring events, conduct interviews
Being able to do what you like for work might sound like a dream but as is everything else, it’s not a bed of roses and this job does come with its share of challenges. That said, we work out of homey office (quite literally) with almost everything you need to fill your time and tummy. Of course, there’ll be a colourful AutoBuzz team to help you settle in too!
